Description

Veneer Cement
Choice 2 is a light-cured luting cement designed specifically for cementation of porcelain, zirconia, and composite veneers. Choice 2 exhibits color stability which is a critical factor in esthetic veneer cementation. A range of VITA®* shades as well as chromatic shades are available allowing for flexibility to achieve high esthetics. Corresponding try-in pastes (sold separately) are available for facilitating shade selection prior to final cementation.

The Choice 2 Starter Kit is available with All-Bond Universal or All-Bond 3. Each kit contains:

Choice 2 (4.5g Syringe): Choice 2 is a light-cured resin cement with excellent color stability that is designed specifically for veneer cementation.
Shades: Translucent (x2); A1; B1; Milky Bright.
Uni-Etch w/BAC (5g Syringe): Uni-Etch w/BAC is a 32% Phosphoric Acid, semi-gel etchant formulated for easy manipulation into small areas, making it more versatile than some thicker gel etchants.
All-Bond Universal (6ml Bottle): All-Bond Universal is a truly universal bonding agent, making it compatible with all substrates. Use Uni-Etch w/BAC and All-Bond Universal together with any bonding technique (self-, total-, selective-etch).

ALL-BOND 3 Part A & B (6ml ea.): ALL-BOND 3 is a bonding agent specifically formulated for the total-etch technique. BISCO recommends its use in this technique with Uni-Etch w/BAC.
9.5% Porcelain Etchant (5g Syringe): 9.5% Porcelain Etchant allows quick and easy etching of all glass ceramic and porcelain substrates.
Bis-Silane Part A & B (6ml ea.): Bis-Silane is a two-part silane coupling agent that offers additional shelf-life stability to ensure long lasting bond strength.
Porcelain Bonding Resin: Porcelain Bonding Resin is used to improve the flowability of resin cements when seating veneers.
Unique Benefits:

Choice 2 is specifically formulated for color stability** resulting in high esthetics
Excellent physical properties ensure the restoration will stand up to significant pressure and stress that is placed on veneers daily
Highly filled resin cement enhances the overall strength of the restoration
Low film thickness ensures veneers are completely seated
Corresponding try-in pastes facilitate shade selection prior to cementation
Clinical Significance:

Choice 2 cement will not change (shade shift) over time, a problem that can occur with dual-cured systems
A multitude of shades ensures that the final restoration blends well and is natural looking for any patient
