Description

Face Shields are a useful part of PPE to reduce the risk of aerosols being transmitted by the airborne route. Viruses and bacteria have been shown to be transmitted from person to person via aerosols and droplets.

Detachable Shields (for “hole & clip” frame) are 100% New Zealand made. The shields are manufactured from 0.25mm PET plastic which can be attached to the shield frame that has “hole & clip” style points to secure shield in place. Face shields are classified as non-critical items according to the Spaulding classification which means they can be reused. Check before reuse to ensure the clear plastic is not scratched and the shield remains optically clear and distortion free.

The frames are reusable and can be autoclaved.

If colour of frame not specified then Purple will be sent.
