The material beind Zolid Bion is revolutionising the field of all ceramic materials made of zirconia. 

Zolid Bion perfectly combines esthetics and safety - without any compromises. 

The continuous color gradient, combined with increased translucency in the incisal area, creates naturalness without having to compromise on safety. Innovative raw materials permit an increase in the required minimum strength according to Class 5 (DIN EN ISO 6872) across the entire blank. This allows total freedom in planning as well as in application and provides the required safety across all approved indications. From minimally invasive veneers to monolithic crowns on front teeth and long-span bridges on implants. There are hardly any limits to the range of applications for Zolid Bion.

Polychromatic, Highly Translucent Zirconia

Zolid Gen-X puts an end to the time-consuming search for the right blank for the popular restoration, quite simply because the latest blanks of the Zolid DNA generation are true all-rounders!

Zolid Gen-X combines all the advantages of the Zolid HT+ product group: the excellent aesthetic properties and outstanding mechanical values allow exceeding any indication limitations.

In addition, Gen-X possesses a natural colour gradient that takes the blank to a new level in terms of efficiency and aesthetics.

Polychromatic, Super High Translucent Zirconia

Zolid FX Multilayer is a polychromatic, super high translucent zirconia with integrated shade and translucency gradient.  Smooth shade transitions simulate tooth enamel, dentine and cervical shades in a naturally fluent progression without disruptive shade edges.  The tooth-like preshading allows efficient, economical processing without the staining procedure.

Restorations can be further customised after sintering to achieve more aesthetic results using stains and glazing porcelains of the Ceramill Stain & Glaze kit.

Highly Translucent Zirconium Oxide

Zolid HT+ is a highly translucent zirconium oxide which combines high mechanical characteristics with outstanding aesthetics.  At over 1000 MPa, its strength lies in the range of the proven Zolid HT zirconium oxide, however the light-optical properties surpass those of the predecessor considerably.  Even large, implant-supported structures with a gingival component radiate the vitality of natural tooth substance due to their high light permeability. Optimised milling processing results in even more delicate margin design, offering exceptional edge stability at the same time.  The combination with the Ceramill Liquid "new formula“ staining solutions allows highly aesthetic colour shade results corresponding to the VITA classical shade guide.

The highly translucent, monochrome zirconium oxide blanks combine high mechanical indices with excellent aesthetics and the efficiency of pre-stained materials.  The significantly increased translucency, when compared with its predecessor Ceramill Zolid, also provides massive constructions with natural, beautiful and vital aesthetics.  Available in 16 A-D shades, Zolid HT+ Preshades offer the highest level of colour reliability and assure reproducible results.  By using the Ceramill Stain & Glaze stains and glazing materials, all the VITA Classic tooth shades can even be achieved with a smaller selection of blanks.  This leads to customised solutions which fully meet the demands of patients and laboratories.

Amber Mill Direct is a Lithium Disilicate-based millable glass ceramic block for dental restorations that usually requires no-crystallization. 

Given the shortened fabrication time, one-day restorations are possible

Durability:

 Amber Mill Direct produces restorations with different microstructures that generate diffrerent strenths in the cervical and incisal regions, therefor reducing wear of the antagonist teeth. 

Amber Mill Direct achieves natural translucency by applying a gradated microstructure from the cervical to incisal/occlusal regions, without additional characterization.
